Goods that are damaged due to delivery must be reported to Vacuum Pouches Direct within 24hrs.
Goods that are missing must be reported within 7 days from delivery.

If you have contacted us regarding your order and require a collection for a return. We will usually collect within 24/48 hrs free of charge.
If you want to exchange your item for another item this is not a problem. For 250 x 250 bags , if you need a bigger or smaller size, no problem. Please be advised we only exchange stock sizes not bespoke. Once bespoke orders have been placed and created exchange cannot be possible.
Once we have collected your delivery and inspected to make sure it meets our requirements. Refunds usually take between 14 days to show.
